How much does the shipping cost?
- We provide FREE Worldwide shipping for All our products.
When will my order be shipped?
- All our orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days.
How long does it take to receive my item?
- The delivery time varies from country to country, between 5 and 21 days. Depending on your location, you may receive items much sooner.
Is my payment secure?
- We take special care and follow industry best practices to protect your personal data to ensure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or inappropriately destroyed.
- If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption.
- We comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards to provide you with the best possible security.
How do I track my order?
- Of course. Once shipped, all orders are linked with a unique tracking number that you will receive via email. Then, go to track my order page (click here), copy and paste it, and you will be able to track your order.
- If, however, you have not received a tracking number, you can send us a message via the CONTACT page reminding us of this:
- Your name and surname
- Your order number
- Your e-mail address.
Does Covid-19 affect the delivery?
- We work closely with our logistic warehouses to guarantee that your order is processed as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
- Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. Unfortunately, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.
- So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it
Can I return the item?
- Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back.
- Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What happens if I receive a wrong/damaged item?
- If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
