There is no better comfy food than Italian Pizza! Every pizza slice will make you feel you are in paradise!
So, We want to teach you how to make traditional Italian Pizza! It's a simple but yet delicious way to surprise your friends and loved ones.
We have made it very simple to follow, and you will cook in the oven.
Bear in mind: this is a fantastic Italian Pizza Base. You can add any topping you like, but please, don't put Pineapple on it!

Ingredients

500 grams (18 oz) of white flour

7 grams (0.25 oz) of dry yeast

2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

300 ml (10 fl oz) of warm water

13 grams (0.45 oz) of salt

Basil leaves

Extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt

Buffalo mozzarella cheese

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Black Pepper
Pizza Dough

Mozzarella Fiordilatte Cheese
Directions
Make the Pizza Dough
Put the dry yeast into the water and mix it until completely dissolved
Transfer it into a bowl capable enough to contain all the flour.
Keep in mind that after resting the dough will rise at least 2/3x its volume.
Keep adding a couple of flour tablespoons at the time while mixing.
When half of the flour is in, add salt and extra virgin olive oil.

In the end, you will reach a homogeneous consistency.
Cover the bowl with a clean film and let it rest at room temperature for at leas 2 hours.
Make the Tomato Sauce
Place the tomato sauce into a bowl.
Break some basil leaves and add it
Add salt and exra virgin olive oil
Mix all the ingredient together, cover with a clean film and leave it in the fridge.
Make the Buffalo fiordilatte cheese
Break the Buffalo mozzarella into small pieces and pleace these in a bowl.
Add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix it all together, cover with a clean film and let it rest in the fridge.
Assemble and cook
Take a non-stick round pan, brush olive oil on it and place the dough
Spread homogeneously the dough all around the pan
add the tomato sauce and then the Buffalo fiordilatte cheese
Be Creative! Now is your turn to add whatever you like the most.

Place in the oven at 250°C (480°F) for up 30 mins, or until the crust become gold and crispy.
Cut in 8 slices and enjoy it!
